This adds some files missing from the original patch (oops!), and also modifies
the unit tests to provide some additional tests:
- A faulty XQuery must raise an exception that the client can catch, but must
not crash the server.
- The content of a message is not required to be valid or well-formed XML (but
if it is not, it does not match an XQuery binding)
