By the looks of the website documentation and example configs in the
source code, It looks like
org.apache.qpid.server.store.berkeleydb.BDBMessageStore is the
preferred persistence mechanism for QPID java.

But it seems it's not actually hosted in the ASF source tree.  What's
the story here?  I'm guessing it was removed due to the BDB licensing
issues.  But if so shouldn't the doco and configuration files get
updated?
