This issue is due the changes in QPID-1339. My commit r684707 was to highlight
this issue.
As this JIRA has changed to code base it should be reviewed independently of
QPID-1339.
As there are a number of other JIRAs covering this bug I shall reassign this
for review of the change to ConnectionTest.
