No, unfortunately I suspect that the previous clustering module has not kept up with changes in the core broker modules and has consequently fallen into disrepair.
There have been plans outstanding for some time to create a cluster implementation that provides stringent guarantees for use in fault tolerance (the old implementation really only addressed clustering for scalability).
Would you be willing to share what would you be looking for from a clustered broker?
