configure problem with qpopper3.1b9 and drac

Hello

I'm trying to install qpopper and drac on my system. But now I have an
anoying problem.

./configure --enable-drac stops with an error message can't use DRAC:
dracauth not found in -ldrac
drac is installed. libdrac.a is in /usr/lib/drac.

I hope someone can help me. Thanks.
