Hello, We are using exim for our MTA and would like to implement pop before send so we could let people with legimitate accounts on our mail server send from anywhere they happen to be without opening up to relaying for spammers. For exim this seems to be a hack at your own risk proposition so hack away I am trying. Has anybody hacked qpopper to log just the IP address to a file so exim can do a lsearch on it? It seems pretty straight forward and after working for 20 minutes on it I am almost done with it. I just wanted to check with you guys to make sure I am not missing anything :) Thanks for your time people.
