-ERR POP timeout

I am now getting a lot of these errors the past week from clients that have
worked in the past.  -ERR POP timeout  The clients are getting like 5%
through and timeout...has anyone seen this before?  I am running qpopper
3.0.2.

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated!
