3.1b11 - goes rogue

Hi Everyone,

Just compiled 3.1b11 on freebsd 3.4-stable. Runs ok until about the 3 or 4th
connection in stand alone mode then sits a 100% processor utilisation.

What information can I provide that may assist ?
