You might want to try and type quota -v on the filesystem first. Most
people set the quota on the filesystem.

I get last minute assignment to fix the quota problem on qpopper
since the mail user cannot get message larger than the limited quota.
I am new to qpopper stuff and i couldnt find the configuration file
for it. where it is usually located? freebsd is unfamiliar territory
