Unix. 'man aliases'. Either /etc/aliases or /etc/mail/aliases.
alias: realname
alias: name,name,name
(etc.)
Then run 'newaliases'.

Unix, either in aliases or in ~user/.forward, or some other forward
file you devise. The 'sendmail' program gives you a huge number of
options on how to do this.
