This looks like the same question. Please be patient.
Anyways, qpopper simply uses one mailbox per one user. The POP3 protocol
doesn't support various mail folders per user.
This problem you have is probably caused by some misconfiguration of the
MTA (or some other misunderstanding).
Manually look at your mailbox and you should see each message. For
example, use something like: "less /var/mail/kbrockway".
I am pretty sure this problem is not related to qpopper. (So you should
probably ask this question elsewhere.)
Look at your postfix configuration. Try some tests. Look at your mail
logs.
