How is done the faster session start-up in Qpopper LX ?

In the Qpopper LX Manul is said:
"Qpopper LX offers faster session start-ups when using server mode. In may
cases session start-ups with very large spools can be reduced to a few
miliseconds from up to a minute (or even more)."

Anyone knows how Qpopper LX makes this faster session start-up ?
I know that in the session start-up, the qpopper reads all the mailbox
contents looking for the From headers.
How Qpopper LX advoids the reading of all the mailbox ?
Uses the Content-Length header for it ?
