QUALCOMM has decided to incorporate all the features of Qpopper LX
into Qpopper 4.0, a free, open-source product. The company has
decided not to sell Qpopper LX. Customers who purchased Qpopper LX
will be receiving a full refund of the purchase price from
QUALCOMM. Qpopper 4.0 is available as a free download now; it has
the same features as the planned Qpopper LX. Please see

QUALCOMM also has decided not to sell Qpopper technical support.
Customers who purchased Qpopper technical support will be receiving
a full refund of the Qpopper support package purchase price -- even
if they already used some of the incidents.
While Qualcomm is unable to provide technical support for Qpopper,
