I use SRPM's exclusively, mostly so I'll have source on hand if Things Go Wrong (tm) ;-). I just tweak spec files and add my initials to a new release number if an SRPM isn't exactly the way I want it. My current qpopper SRPM enables DRAC support, and I've got another SRPM for DRAC (package name is "dracd", available in Red Hat contrib), on which the qpopper SRPM depends. Does anyone have a good working xinetd config file for pop3? I haven't yet installed xinetd on my RH6.1 system, but I'd like to provide the config file in my SRPM for those that use it.
