Addresses are really the responsibility of an MTA like sendmail, not a
POP3 server.
The usual way to do this is to list the addresses in a text file and
add the alias to /etc/aliases like this:
mailing-list :include: /etc/mail/mailing-list-users
Then issue newaliases to recompile the aliases file.
