Limit qpopper to SSL?

I looked through the doocumentation for the newest qpopper, but I couldn't
see a way to set it to *only* allow SSL connections. Is there a good way
of doing this? The only thing I could see is to set it to use the
alternate port for SSL and then block access to 110 from a firewall, but
that's an ugly way of doing it.
