Old Mails Get Downloaded Again

Hi The following is the exactly brief description of the problem .The version of QPopper is 4.0.3   The client has down loaded all his messages, and later when he tries to download more messages he gets all his old mails again downloaded  I dont see any relevance to this problem with the client agents. It does not happen all the time with all the client, it happens seldom with some of the clients. Clients are mostly using MS Outlook. Regards   Ayaz Anjum
