I'm guessing that the problem is external to your company given that
your queues are empty.

I'd check the "Received: " headers for date/time consistancy.  Start at
the first one.  Towards the end of the line is a date-time group.
Check this date with the next line.  Perhaps only a few seconds
difference.  So check the next one.  A few more seconds?  OK.  check
the next one...  Eventually, you probably will find one that is way
off...

However, you also have to take into account time-zones... One hour off
but coming from a mountain states ISP? OK...

Is the message coming from a PC that is off line when the message was
composed?  The "Date: " line is composed when the message is queued for
delivery.
