Hello,

If the webmail access mailbox via qpopper and not directly, there's apriori no
problem at all ! qpopper do the trick. It's not as much different as two
client MUA fetching the same popbox at the same time. The first get the lock
and the second is bailed out.

I've searched a webmail for a long time, and finally, i use phlymail, because
it's the only one I found with working APOP support. But it's not designed
for multiuser for the moment.
