I highly recommend mailscanner for anti-virus/anti-spam capability.  You
can deploy it with *no* changes to your sendmail.cf file, just the
addition of the second sendmail queue.  Since I started using mailscanner
in early May, it has totally gotten rid of Klez virus problems.  Its
use with spamassassin is a great feature too.  I use it with sendmail
8.11.6 on a Sun E220R, running Solaris 8.
