Hi, I'm using qpopper (4.0.3) in standalone mode. Authentication of the users is made via a PAM interface:
client -> qpopper -> PAM -> RADIUS ->RDBMS With the growing charge on the PAM/RADIUS interface, I would like to add a local cache to the qpopper (hashtable stored in a shared memory segment). This should improve the QoS during authentication process. Any advice? Is there existing patches somewhere?
