downloading: DON'T DELETE THIS MESSAGES

my users are downloading this messages:

This text is part of the internal format of your mail folder, and is not
a real message. It is created automatically by the mail system software.
If deleted, important folder data will be lost, and it will be re-created
with the data reset to initial values.

I don't have IMAP on my systems, how can i disable create this messages and my users download this one ? i was looking on the guide.pdf and FAQ and i can't find anything about it.

I have solaris 7/sparc and qpopper4.0.4
