You're offering two descriptions of the same thing which
is, properly, Version 7 mailboxes.
Mailboxes whose messages are delimited by "\nFrom ".
Ummm, qpopper only supports Version 7 mailboxes
(aka "mbox"). Support for other formats ('maildir'
or other file/message formats such as the way cyrus
or Sendmail's IMAP server does it) is not native to
qpopper.
