I'm receiving an I/O error flushing output to client jdoe at 172.16.1.1 [172.16.1.1]: Operation not permitted (1). This user is using Outlook Express 6.0. When he tries to pop his mailbox, it times out. He is the only person experiencing this problem. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
