Uninstall in standalone

Hi, I have Qpopper 4.0.9 in standalone mode, now I want uninstall Qpopper 
but I haven't inetd.conf line
how I can make for uninstall ?? ..if after unistall I install Qpopper again 
I lose mails ? thanks.
