Qpopper 4.1 is currently at b18 (available at
<ftp://ftp.qualcomm.com/eudora/servers/unix/popper/beta/>). I think
4.1 is ready to go official release, except for the documentation:
the source for the Admin Guide got messed up and I've been trying to
fix it for a while now.
