What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. activate TLS
2. use STARTTLS
3. send an ehlo
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
normally you should receive the supported features list but you get an
error with you already have said helo
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.40 on Debian Linux x86
