Issue 17: qpsmtpd-async fails to (un)pause

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. connect to the config port and enter the "pause" command
2. connect to the smtp port or the config port
3. unpause the server
4. no new connection will be possible, because the listen ports are removed:
epoll() returned fd 3 w/ state 1 for which we have no mapping. removing.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- Version 0.40 trunk
- debian etch + latest CPAN for modules not in etch
