Issue 23: [Patch] Making postfix-queue use the cleanup socket path parameter

The Postfix queue plugin has an optional parameter for location of the
cleanup socket. However, this setting is only set in
plugins/queue/postfix-queue, and completely ignored in Qsmtpd::Postfix.
The attached patch fixes this issue by passing the necessary information
with a transaction note.
