1. qpsmtpd-async(rev 838) with dnsbl plugin enabled
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

This gets logged if I telnet to it.
The Problem is, qpsmtpd will never print out the initial 220, so that the
smtp dialog can start.
Using only the check_earlytalker plugin works ok.
Using only the dnsbl plugin doesn't work either.
