I have added Jim Winstead's badmailfrom and badrcptto plugins (thanks Jim!).
I also fixed a typo in the dnsbl plugin so it actually works(!); and rewrote it to do the DNS lookups in the background instead of blocking while waiting for the result at connection time. I also fixed a few bugs to make us follow the RFC better. (The MAIL command now resets the transaction and the transaction is reset after the DATA command).
