I also noticed that after the spammer has dumped their message and
closed the connection from their side, qpsmtpd continues to try and send
"500 Unrecognized command" errors even after the connection is closed,
resulting in "Could not print [500 Unrecognized command]: Connection
reset by peer".  qpsmtpd should detect the connection being closed by
the sender and exit cleanly.
