I'm still finalizing the draft; a couple of good ideas were raised at the last minute and they should go into the RFC. I will officially unveil SPF at ISPcon in October after which point implementation should be fast and furious by big and little guys. I wouldn't expect to see anything but "unknown" results until then, except for a few early adopter domains like pobox.com and perl.org.
