That *is* evil - I wish I'd thought of it! 

Variants on the theme would be nice too - return DENYSOFT to all 
recipients not on the same domain (including, or not, subdomains) as 
the first; return DENYSOFT for all recipients who have different 
config settings (however we define that) than the first; etc.
