Great, let them do it. I would rather have 10,000 spam mails coming in from *their* domain than 10,000 ndr bounce backs coming in because they used my domain to send out 1,000,000 spam messages.

Again, what is the point of the spam? From the deceptive-type spam campaigns i have seen, they can't get much more than "point" 1 percent sales turnover. Even when you send out email advertisements to people who specifically ask for it, turnover percentages aren't jumping up and down. So I have to believe the purpose is not directly selling. You want people to "know" about your "See Alice" alternative to "Niagra". Or you are a big brick and mortar that can't figure out the Internet so you try to ruin it. Or you are creating a demand for your service.
