I have been using it with Postfix 1.1 on a box with about 200 users and
a few 1000 messages per day since October, so I consider it stable.

So far I have only lightly tested it with Postfix 2.0. Since the
protocol used by the various Postfix daemons is only documented in the
source code it may have changed in subtly incompatible ways between 1.1
and 2.0, so I would suggest testing it thoroughly before using it in
production.
