This made me do the math. 0.02% of my past few months of email were tagged with hashcash. (Barely enough messages to count on fingers and toes, and most of them from the same source.) Actually, it's less than that, more like 0.01%, because a bunch of those messages have multiple recipients. I'd say it isn't worth it right now. In the short term, SpamAssassin will handle it. In the longer term, we can add it. (Of course, it looks like it's pretty easy to implement... but that doesn't mean its worth it.) On the outward side... that seems quite out of place for qpsmtpd, although I could understand if you're using it for relay. Seems more like it should be part of qmail-send or such though. -R
