Read what I just wrote more carefully. I specifically discuss headers
that mark the message as being spam (X-Spam-Status: Yes or True), not
the case you discuss.

Again you misunderstand. I meant that I look for "X-Spam-Score: Yes" or
"X-Spam-Score: True" and ignore "X-Spam-Score: No" or "X-Spam-Score: False".
