That's SHOULD NOT and not MUST NOT. We are completely within the
RFC's to block completely empty messages. We could just as well block
ones without FROM and DATE, too, under the same argument.
How about this: in the core, we block zero size messages and in a
plugin
block messages without DATE and FROM/SENDER?
