I'm managing a corporate e-mail system, so I have to be less arbitrary. One big thing about dspam that is a bonus for me is that once I set it up, I don't have to do anything else. Personally, my own accuracy has been going up about 1% per week (though I don't expect that to last much longer) and almost everyone in the company is very happy (some are only somewhat happy because they get so little mail it isn't helping all that much yet)...
