I'm not sure if this is what you want, but i think you are looking for my plugins 'maillog' and 'rejectlog' as to be found on http://qpsmtpd.kju.de/. For logging of spamassassin score you would need my patch for spamassassin. For logging of user names as well, you can combine it with my smtpauth.diff and qppoprelay pop-before-smtp solution.
