Not that you asked me, but the main reason to run the uribl plugin if you're already planning to run SA is if you're planning to use uribl in deny mode. The uribl plugin is much smaller and quicker than SA, and SURBL has a pretty good kill ratio, which can reduce per-mail processing costs.
