I used it for a while and really like the configurability and flexibility.
BUT, ran into some big performance issues when trying to process ~10,000
msgs/day and ended up having to quite using it in favor of the stock
qmail-smtpd patched with a variety of patches - and the qmail-spp patch
which give me a lot of the same abilities as qpsmtpd - but through a C
interface rather than Perl....

Hi there!

I've been reading a lot about qpsmtpd and want to give it a try as an
exclusive spam and virus gateway, but I'm concerned about it's
performance... could anyone point me some information about memory
footprint/cpu utilization/scalability/problems with the forkserver version?

Thanks a lot for your help!
