there is a chicken-and-egg problem about having a standard
for MUA implementors to write to.  The IETF subcommittee
on filtering headers floundered around about a more general
tagging mechanism rather than SJMDP, and SJMDP had
been stalled until the general tagging mechanism was nailed
down in order to be compliant with it.  I might rewrite it
and submit it directly to the RFC queue, when I do so it
will include an IMAP reporting mechanism in addition to
HTTP(s) and mailto.
