If you want high-perf then use the qpsmtpd script, not
qpsmtpd-forkserver. I guess I broke qpsmtpd-forkserver, so I'm going to
go back to a more "stable" way of doing things, but it'll require quite
a bit more plugin surgery.
qpsmtpd script from current trunk (checked out yesterday) doesn't queue.
Just thought I'd run qpsmtpd-forkserver to see if it would.
For a new server I'd go with either 0.30, or the 0.31 branch (which has
lots of new goodies, aside from the high_perf stuff).

qpsmtpd from high_perf 07/07 is up and working. Checking out 0.31 branch
right now. Will test and report.
