Matt, you've just taken the pragmatic option of doing the checks at 
data (or data_post) time. This should usually be fine because we're 
really only talking bounces, which should only have one recipient.

DENYing at RCPT still seems slightly cleaner to me (and may be 
better handled by sending MTAs), but it's pretty line-ball.
