You are in luck: We set up our first RHEL4 server yesterday :-).

I'm trying to keep the patches to the minimum, and I'm still hoping that
3 of the patches will make it into 0.31-final.

I think this should work, or at least reduce the number of required
versions (dependencies may still be different). I'll look into it.
