which does not work in forkserver. Someone review that patch please.
Maybe better move the '$self->run_hooks("post-connection");' from
Qpsmtpd::TcpServer::read_input() to qpsmtpd-forkserver (like attached)?
... the Postfix-queue fix (hjp's version or my configurable version)?
Except for the configurable postfix queue flags diff both fixes are just
a three and a one line change.
