Yes, i wrote one a long time ago. I'm not sure, though, that it still works with latest qpsmtd releases. Feel free to experiment and report. You can find it with a lot of other (mostly outdated as i've mostly stopped following the qpsmtpd development some longer time ago) plugins written or modified by me at http://qpsmtpd.kju.de/.
