Yes, as Sydney described, they are messages that failed for some reason,
typically because the remote server failed to complete the SMTP
transaction. However, I thought we had adjusted things such that these
temporary files should be deleted when the Transaction goes out of
scope. However, I see a few of these too, so I'll take a look at it...
